He served as CEO of Orano Canada Inc. for 12 years, overseeing the company's Canadian uranium mining and milling operations including the McClean Lake mill - the only operating uranium processing facility in the Athabasca Basin. Under his leadership, Orano Canada managed operations at one of the world's most technically advanced uranium processing facilities. Mr. Martin's deep operational knowledge of the Athabasca Basin and its geology provides UraniumX with unparalleled strategic guidance as the Company advances its exploration programs.

Ken Wheatley is a veteran exploration geologist with over 44 years of experience in the mining industry, including extensive work in the Athabasca Basin. He has been part of exploration teams credited with 8 uranium deposit discoveries and brings a track record of systematic exploration success. Mr. Wheatley's career spans multiple discovery cycles in the Basin, working with major producers and junior explorers alike. His hands-on experience with target generation, drill program design, and geological interpretation provides UraniumX with critical technical expertise as the Company advances its three-property portfolio.

Esen Boldkhuu was appointed CEO of UraniumX Discovery Corp. in December 2025, bringing a strategic vision for building a significant uranium exploration company in the Athabasca Basin. Under his leadership, the Company has executed a corporate rebrand, assembled a world-class advisory team, secured C$4.31M in financing through the LIFE offering, and launched active exploration programs across all three properties. Mr. Boldkhuu is focused on creating shareholder value through systematic exploration, strategic capital allocation, and clear investor communication.

Kirby Renton serves as President, COO, and Director of UraniumX Discovery Corp. He brings operational leadership and corporate governance experience to the Company, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic execution. Mr. Renton plays a key role in project management, stakeholder relations, and corporate development as UraniumX advances its Athabasca Basin exploration programs.

Howard Milne brings decades of experience in the mining and resources sector, with a strong background in corporate development, capital markets, and project advancement. Rick Mah serves as CFO of UraniumX Discovery Corp., overseeing the Company's financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Dr. Yuanming Pan is a distinguished professor at the University of Saskatchewan specializing in mineralogy, geochemistry, and uranium deposit research. He brings world-class academic expertise in the study of Athabasca Basin geology and uranium mineralization processes. Dr. Pan's research collaboration with UraniumX on the NeoCore property's quartz-degradation analytics program provides the Company with cutting-edge scientific insights that complement traditional exploration methods.

Matthew Schwab is a highly experienced mining executive and geoscientist with a notable track record of discovery and value creation in the Athabasca Basin. He was part of the team involved in the Arrow deposit discovery by NexGen Energy - one of the largest high-grade uranium discoveries in history - and has experience with the Roughrider deposit. Tyler Thorburn brings capital markets and corporate governance expertise to the UraniumX board.
