Rebranding to UraniumX Discovery Corp.
UraniumX Discovery Corp. (formerly Stearman Resources Inc.) is pleased to announce the completion of its corporate rebranding, effective December 15, 2025. The Company will now operate under the name UraniumX Discovery Corp. and trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol CSE: STMN.

The rebrand reflects the Company's singular focus on uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan - home to the highest-grade uranium deposits on Earth.
