Stearman Resources Acquires NeoCore Uranium Property in Athabasca Basin

NeoCore Acquisition

Stearman Resources Inc. (now UraniumX Discovery Corp.) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the NeoCore uranium property, comprising 6 mineral claims totaling approximately 13,012 hectares in the eastern Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan.

Property Overview

The NeoCore property is strategically positioned within the eastern Athabasca Basin:

  • 13,012 hectares across 6 mineral claims
  • Located 65 km SE of Cameco's McArthur River mine - the world's largest high-grade uranium operation
  • Full infrastructure access including processing mills, power grid, and all-season roads
  • Prospective for unconformity-related uranium mineralization

Strategic Rationale

The acquisition of NeoCore provides the Company with a significant 100%-owned land position in a proven uranium district. The property's proximity to existing infrastructure, including Cameco's McArthur River mine and Key Lake mill, provides logistical advantages for future exploration and development.

"NeoCore adds a substantial, 100%-owned asset in one of the most prolific uranium districts in the world," said management. "The property's infrastructure access and geological prospectivity make it an excellent complement to our growing Athabasca Basin portfolio."

Terms

The Company acquired 100% ownership of the NeoCore property. Full details of the acquisition terms are available in the Company's filings on SEDAR+.
