Stearman Amends Agreement to Acquire NeoCore Uranium Ltd.
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – July 4, 2025 – Stearman Resources Inc. (CSE:STMN) announced on June 17, 2025 that it had entered into a definitive share exchange agreement to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of NeoCore Uranium Ltd., a private BC company that owns a 100% interest in the NeoCore Uranium Property. The Property consists of six mineral claims covering 13,012 hectares, located in the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan.
Amendment to Closing Date
The Company and NeoCore have agreed to extend the Closing Date to July 11, 2025 or such other date as the parties may agree. Closing remains subject to the completion of customary due diligence, receipt of any required regulatory approval and completion of the $100,000 Financing described in the June 17, 2025 news release.
