Key drill result: ML22-006 returned 0.242% U3O8 over 0.5m at 322.5m depth. MLEM ground geophysical survey completed May 2026; preliminary interpretation extended prospective conductor systems by 1.45 km. (TSX: ISO); closing expected Q3 2026, subject to CSE acceptance and customary closing conditions. Consideration: 18,000,000 UraniumX shares at a deemed price of $0.10 plus a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty, no cash; IsoEnergy expected to hold approximately 15.6% of UraniumX (non-diluted) on closing. 168 mineral claims in a single contiguous block within the Gayot Lake basin. Stratabound pitchblende mineralization in the Sakami Formation traced over approximately 6 km of strike in four zones (Vivian, Nancy I and II, and Bert's), open to the southwest. The property hosts a historical mineral resource estimate of 19.3 million tonnes at 0.057% U3O8 (approximately 24.4 million pounds U3O8), dated 2006.
