### Murphy Lake (Flagship) - 609 ha, NE Athabasca Basin
Earning up to 70% via option agreement with F4 Uranium Corp. Located 30km NW of Orano McClean Lake deposits, 5 km south of IsoEnergy Hurricane Deposit, 4 km east of Cameco La Rocque Lake Zone, 3 km from Cosa Resources Cyclone trend. Key drill result: ML22-006 returned 0.242% U3O8 over 0.5m at 322.5m depth. MLEM ground geophysical survey completed May 2026; preliminary interpretation extended prospective conductor systems by 1.45 km. F4-operated drill program scheduled to commence mid-May 2026, fully funded by UraniumX. No mineral resources defined.

### Zoo Bay - 19,850 ha, NE Athabasca Basin
100% owned. 15 mineral claims. Shallow unconformity at 0-200m depth. Ground gravity survey planned: 2,500 stations. No mineral resources defined.

### NeoCore - 13,012 ha, E Athabasca Basin

### Dieter Lake - ~8,106 ha, North-Central Quebec (acquisition announced July 10, 2026)
100% interest being acquired from Consolidated Uranium Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of IsoEnergy Ltd. (TSX: ISO); closing expected Q3 2026, subject to CSE acceptance and customary closing conditions. Consideration: 18,000,000 UraniumX shares at a deemed price of $0.10 plus a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty, no cash; IsoEnergy expected to hold approximately 15.6% of UraniumX (non-diluted) on closing. 168 mineral claims in a single contiguous block within the Gayot Lake basin. Stratabound pitchblende mineralization in the Sakami Formation traced over approximately 6 km of strike in four zones (Vivian, Nancy I and II, and Bert's), open to the southwest. The property hosts a historical mineral resource estimate of 19.3 million tonnes at 0.057% U3O8 (approximately 24.4 million pounds U3O8), dated 2006. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as a current mineral resource, UraniumX is not treating it as current, and it should not be relied upon. An updated NI 43-101 technical report is being prepared by Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd.
